Bharathi's rich father Baliah wants to donate some of his properties for charity which is objected by his vicious nephew Asokan who also has sinister design to marry Bharati and grab all the properties. When Baliah threatens to throw out Asokan, he hatches a plot and abducts Baliah and replaces him with a look alike cook ( also played by Baliah). With the help of the double , Asokan tries to marry the unsuspecting Bharati who does not know that her father had been abducted. But Ravichandran who has been closely tailing Bharati exposes Asokan , rescues the real Baliah and marries Bharati, See less
