Substance abuse poisons our kids at an alarming rate. And more than half of all students leave school without the knowledge they need to find and hold jobs. "Ripple Effect" shows how teaching life skills like communication, decision-making, and goal-setting changes lives forever. Children and education leaders from across the country--including former Secretary of Education Dick Riley--share compelling stories about the impact of a life-skills education. The filmmakers' mission is to have "Ripple Effect" rock the foundation of the U.S. education system and give our youngest citizens the tools to craft a better future for themselves. See less
