Jimmy, down on his luck, on probation and seeking to turn his life around, plans to escape his home town with his girlfriend Rachel. Blocking their path is Rachel's boss Sin, a malicious night club owner and local gang leader who has eyes for Rachel. When Rachel discovers she is pregnant, Sin, who has always taunted Jimmy, learns of this and threatens their lives. Jimmy, unable to leave Southend due to his probation, must somehow find a way out.
