The operation of this assembly line in Serbia confirms Citroën’s ambition to produce affordable electric models in the heart of Europe and testifies to the good commercial start of the New C3. In the first quarter, it took second place in electric car sales in France and third place in total sales on the French and Italian markets. In total, more than 130,000 orders have already been taken since the launch, 30% of which are for electric versions.

A key feature of the new Modern Solid design language that defines the front of the Elroq is the high-gloss black Tech-Deck Face, which replaces the classic radiator grille. It is topped by a Škoda wordmark on the sculpted bonnet, finished in Unique Dark Chrome – another element of the new design language. A new 22 kW AC bidirectional fast charger – enabling an 80 km top-up in 30 minutes at public stands – will be available as an option by summer 2025.
Thanks to the sophisticated architecture, particularly flat battery packaging with a battery capacity of up to 97 kWh, a new generation electric motor and other energy-saving features, the new Grandland Electric can soon travel up to around 700 kilometres locally emissions-free according to WLTP.
With a 54-kilowatt-hour battery and a 115-kilowatt electric engine offering 156 hp, the New Ypsilon Electric allows one to cover up to 425 km with a single charge—an increase of around 6%, or 22 km more than the previous model. This improvement comes courtesy of a nickel-manganese-cobalt battery with enhanced chemistry and an even more efficient powertrain. Average consumption now comes in at 14.3 kilowatt-hour every 100 km, making Lancia’s new compact car even more sustainable and easier to manage without an increase in its cost.
The Leapmotor C10 has been a standout performer. In March alone, the C10 achieved record-breaking deliveries of 12,000 units, contributing to a cumulative total of 100,000 units since its launch. This remarkable achievement underscores the C10’s appeal and the strong demand for innovative, reliable and affordable vehicles.
The PEUGEOT E-208 now offers the best electric range in its segment with up to 433 km (WLTP combined cycle) for the version equipped with the 156 hp (115 kW) engine, an improvement of 23 km. This development reinforces the model’s status as a benchmark in efficiency, reaffirmed during the 2024 Ecotest conducted by the prestigious ADAC, which named the PEUGEOT E-208 the most efficient car on the European market.
The Elroq RS comes with an electric range of more than 550 kilometres on the WLTP cycle, specific RS accessories and comprehensive standard equipment. It is also the fastest accelerating car in Škoda’s current model portfolio, sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds.
