$ gem install oauth get-twitter-oauth-token

アプリケーションの登録
https://dev.twitter.com/apps

Consumer Key と Consumer Secret をメモる
以下のように入力＆Access hereで出てきたURLにアクセスして表示された数字をPINに入力

$ get-twitter-oauth-token
Consumer Key: hugehugehugehugehugehuge
Consumer Secret: homuhomuhomuhomuhomu
