kubectlコマンドを打った時に時間がかかって動かず、
時間がかかり以下のメッセージが出るときの解決方法。
Unable to connect to the server: dial tcp 192.168.99.100:8443: i/o timeout
サーバー側が立ち上がっていない可能性がある
minikubeを立ち上げてもいう一度
以下のコマンドを入力しよう
minikube start
kubectl version
