A group exhibition set up as a shop in which artwork is available to buy off the shelves. SupaStore Human – We are the Product reflects how technology and automation has impacted social interaction, commerce, and manufacturing. As the goddess of art, trade, handicrafts and wisdom, Minerva (in her many guises) has become the public face of the SupaStore and represents the classical origins of these now mechanised exchanges. During the exhibition, two casting workshops have been organised (14 Dec 2017) and the artists' talk (15 Dec 2017). A film screening 'They Live' by John Carpenter will be presented as a part of this exhibition

Contributing to a large scale infrastructure project, and at three sites is a unusual proposal for an artist. It is rare for an artist to be commissioned to work alongside large scale engineering infrastructure projects with anticipated lifespan of 120 years. It is rare for a commission to be spilit across sites. In developing this commission, I have designed a group of sculpture, in which each element is considered in relation to specfics of each of the 3 sites; their histories, material makeups, topographies, and social environments function as data subsets to inform the design. Across the 3 commissions I am experiementiing with narrative and with scale; I am making specific material choices, and working with a design team on design detail including the logistics and placement of the artworks

It is the first partial retrospective document of 64- 65 Guildford Street a squatted house where a lot happened to a lot of people over a short space of time a long time ago. Milch, the gallery that claimed to reach the parts that other galleries cannot reach was started here, and ran on in different locations, and with a new lead for some 13 years or so. A nuanced 18th century house, generous spaces, floor boards, light and height, and delicate textures. Opening by coincidence on election night, June 8th 2017, in a new London, remade daily with glass and steel, this exhibition, through image, artefact and ephemera, provides a moment of reflection on the immense social and political changes that have transformed London over the past 25 or so years since this house was occupied. English Law in 1988 made squatting a double house near Russell Square, both possible and legal, we lived and worked and partied...

Artists are invited to send instructions for actions or operations to be done to a pre-defined kit of materials in no more than two hours' paid labour. The artists are paid for one hour at the minimum wage; the assistants who carry out the instructions are paid for two hours at the minimum wage level. Thus each resulting 'work' is the product of three hours labour. The artists are: Leah Capaldi, Marc Camille Chaimowicz, Charlie Jeffery, Gareth Jones, Francesco Pedraglio, Adrian Piper, Martina Schmuecker, Florian Slotawa, Sarah Staton, Richard Wentworth.
