The information was gathered using a quantitative survey approach from 278 respondents from various OYO hotels in India throughout the COVID period. All returned questions were entered into SPSS and analysed using AMOS 23.0 and the structural equation modelling (SEM) approach. The data revealed that all of the investigated parameters had a substantial andfavourable impact on the image of OYO hotels during COVID. Furthermore, the results indicated that sales promotion and pricing contribute the most to the aggregator. Finally, the findings revealed that hotel location, ambience, and atmosphere had a considerable favourable impact on shop image. The outcomes of this study contribute to our understanding of the impact of these elements in affecting OYO hotel aggregator consumer behaviour during the COVID era in India.

The collective forces of urbanisation and support from government as well as non-governmental organisations have given impetus to women entrepreneurship. This study attempts to assess the impact of entrepreneurship development on women, and reports that venturing into entrepreneurship was taken up as a survival strategy by women. However, it had a positive influence on woman entrepreneurs in terms of self-esteem, self-confidence and decision making leading to their empowerment. The findings indicate that with entrepreneurship development, the respondents developed positive selfesteem as they gained self-confidence and were independent in making their own decisions, thereby reducing their dependence on their spouse/family members. The income from business had not only made the respondents financially strong, but made them decision makers.

But now, we see it is not only the medium of exchange, but the basis of production and also the intriguing basis for creating the profit. It is the general belief of the people that a business will exist if there is a profit and it vanishes if the business incurs losses. The profit is made in the business, if the selling price is more than the cost, but the business incurs a loss if the selling price is less than the cost and there is a breakeven point when the total cost equals the total sales and there is no profit and no loss.

It seems the majority of us are comfortable with the idea of maintaining separate work and private identities. But for some, the switch is so complete as to cause real tensions, and to have a detrimental effect on their satisfaction and performance both at work and at home. This study strives to raise the discussion a level above the usual work–life balance debates around time devoted to work and private lives – and brings a fresh perspective on a subject that is close to our hearts. Our goal is to make balancing the demands – and rewards – of people's work and private lives as simple as possible through technology. But we are also aware that modern communications technology has the ability to invade and encroach, as well as to involve and empower. This study will go some way to building our understanding of people's needs and expectations as the modern workplace evolves to become more open and flexible.

Deterioration rate of items in the two warehouses may be different, which is time dependent and deterioration is in the mean beta distribution form. In this study, shortages and complete backlogging have been considered as the other items, whereby the demand rate of items is linear with time in OW and the same is linear with price in case of RW. Also, the stocks of RW transported to OW in continuous release pattern.

Low prices and getting good value for money has been the highest priority, India is no exception to this. The Indian SME segment played a very significant role in the overall industrial development of India. With its agility and dynamism the sector has shown admirable innovativeness and adaptability to survive the recent recession and down-turn. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have been considered one of the ‘driving forces’ of modern economies due to their multi-faceted contributions in terms of technological innovations, employment generation, export promotion, etc. Of these, the ability of SMEs to innovate assumes significance because innovation lends competitive edge to firms, industries and, ultimately, to economies. The unorganised retail sector employs the second largest workforce in India after Agriculture and it has already proved its sustainability and resilience over the domestic organised retail sector, for example, BigBazaai; Pantaloon and so on. Now this segment is poised to face the international retail giants heads on - such as WalMart, Tesco and Costco. India is emerging as the consumption giant next to China, irrespective of the global market down-turn and the European Market melt-down. This exploratory research reviews the Indian middle class segment known as the power-house of this huge consumption in Indian retail segment which, in turn, would shape up the SME segment based upon the literature review and consumer segmentation analysis with respect to the Vals2 scale and the relevance of organised retail vis-a-vis the SME segment growth with the employment generation and the emergence of the Indian middle class segment.
