INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTER

1. Download your admission letter and other admission documents, From This Link
2. Scan the following documents:
   • Official passport size photograph. This should be taken on a white background.
   • Birth Certificate and /or National ID or Passport in PDF format
   • Form Four result slip or Certificate in PDF format
   • Any other academic certificate i.e diploma, degree, masters etc) in PDF format
   • Money deposit slip/Pay In Slip for Fees in PDF format.
3. All Self Sponsored students will be required download and fill a Self Sponsored Course Acceptance Form and send it the following email: admissionsoffice@dkut.ac.ke. Once the form is received you will get a registration number which you will use as the USER NAME to log onto the Student Online Registration portal.
