The article compares the provisions of the legal regulations on the remote form of education with... more The article compares the provisions of the legal regulations on the remote form of education with the actual scope of their application in the academic environment. The research method used was an analysis of documents such as the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, the Act ‘Law on Higher Education and Science’, regulations of the Ministry of Education and Science and internal legal regulations (Orders of UR). The aim of the research was to compare the provisions found in the aforementioned legal regulations with their practical application in the realities of higher education, while the case study of this analysis was the University of Rzeszów. The conclusions obtained may be used to verify solutions both in the course of the standard implementation of the educational process and the introduction of remote education in crisis periods. These include the need for blended learning or the establishment of distance learning centres.

The prerequisite, determining the efficiency of such processes, is change of human awareness. This requires redefining the notions in the area of human sciences, and the presence of such phenomena is already perceived in pedagogical sciences. It can be said that a quality transformation is taking place in them gradually, but systematically. Will this be an educational revolution? Time and history will show.
The article presents a systemic approach to axiological categories in the model creating a cohere... more The article presents a systemic approach to axiological categories in the model creating a coherent and co-existing hierarchy. The proposed solutions constitute a clear indication for seeking criteria of human life quality beyond the categories which are exclusively economic defining only the state of possessing (“having”), pushing the personal – subjective and autonomous development of a human being to the second place – i.e. “being”. The mentioned categories of notions – constituting the basis for developing humanity – are internal dimensions of human ethics. The determinants of human life quality may encompass the axiological categories appearing in psychology, philosophy, sociology as well as in pedagogy, i.a. subjectivity, responsibility, self-realisation, tolerance, moral imagination, creativity.

Modern technique is different from the they, which existed five or ten years before. In the contents plane the education of technology should be based on a model consisting of “universal” activities, characterising technique at various stages of its development. Without a complete vision of the world, people cannot exist in a fully aware way. Hence, the most important questions related to such social development in which no one would be excluded from the world-wide circulation of information. The general assumptions of common media education have been presented in the article.

Ucitele výrazně preferuji funkci cvicebni (praktickou), dale potom i sebevzdělavaci a motivacni. Paradoxně meně preferuji funkci informacni a nejmeně preferuji funkci výchovnou. Na preferenci pořadi přitom neměl vliv ani věk respondentů, pohlavi, velikost sidla skoly, ani primarni zaměřeni respondentů. Nepodařilo se take prokazat existenci urcitých skupin ucitelů, ktere by preferovaly jen urcite funkce a charakteristiky ucebnice
