We conclude from the discussions in this paper that measurements taken over a sufficiently
long period on a system in full operation can lead to a meaningful assessment of system
performance under various configurations. For instance, we have shown that addition of a
core box has increased average through-put and that reduction in overhead by recoding
some CP modules has resulted in increased peak-load capacity.
