The intermittent and stochastic character of solar radiation makes the energy manager work
difficult especially to maintain the production/consumption balance within an electrical grid.
To solve this problem, the forecasting of the stochastic production must be realized at
various temporal horizons according to the king of utilization. Consequently, the introduction
