Caroline Tiddy is an Associate Professor in Geosciences at the Future Industries Institute at the University of South Australia. Her research focus is on the development of geochemical sensors and tools that can be used to aid in exploration for buried mineral deposits, particularly iron oxide-copper-gold. Her research is undertaken within the Mineral Exploration Cooperative Research Centre (MinEx CRC). She is also passionate about understanding the enablers and barriers for women to reach leadership levels within STEM, particularly within the geosciences.
