Shiqian Chen received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2019. He is currently an Associate Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Traction Power, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu. His current research interests include signal processing and machine fault diagnosis related to railway applications.
