Marco Pasetti received the M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and the Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Brescia, Italy, in 2008 and 2013, respectively. Currently he is Assistant Professor of electrical energy systems at the Department of Information Engineering of the University of Brescia, where he carries out research activities in the field of energy systems and distributed generation, with specific focus on the modelling and management of distributed energy resources and on their integration into distribution networks. His main research interests include: renewable energy sources, photovoltaics, energy storage, electric vehicle charging systems, and supervisory control systems.
