Hello! I'm Scott Trinh. I live in Brooklyn, NY with my wife, daughter, and two cats.

Programming: As a Full-stack Software Engineer, I am passionate about the intersection of Product and Engineering, and thrive on leveraging my technical expertise to empower creative professionals to bring their ideas to life.
Parenting: I'm passionate about understanding how children relate to the world and how to live in solidarity with my own kid and the young people of my community.
Anarchism: I see a better future where people can relate to one another as equals and we build societies built around care, mutual aid, and solidarity.
Music: I play guitar and bass and used to work as a recording and live sound engineer.

Book: The Dawn of Everything: A retelling of history that centers the people of the distant past as fully human actors with a creative capacity to direct their societies. It shows that not only did our ancestors enjoy a freedom that we often think is impossible, it explodes so many myths about the scale and complexity of societies that we've relegated to irrelevance for our own, opening up avenues to learn important lessons from them for our own time.
Album: This Is Why, Paramore: What a breath of fresh air! Feels like the freedom and joy of a band finding themselves, but hits you with a gritty realism of people finding themselves in this world that is full of expectations, disappointments, and outrages.
