(2006-Date) Job Description: Position: Head, Leadership; Supervisory Training and Coaching. Duties & Job Scope Identify, develop and design high quality Management, generic/ soft skills training packages to meet the business needs as approved by the line. Develop and conduct cross-discipline trainings to the lines in management and supervisory skills development, in line with employees Development Needs Analysis (DNA) and Training Plans. Liaise with the lines to determine and develop a three year action plan for staff development based on the company’s talent management strategy . Assist in the selection of non-graduate, graduate and seasoned professional staff (Technical & non-technical to meet organization manpower requirements by conducting pre-recruitment psychometric testing, assessment centers, discipline testing and interviews. Collaborating with line managers on talent management and succession planning. Negotiate and arrange all aspects of third-party vendor training and contract management for non-technical providers including identifying providers and conducting technical & financial evaluations. Carry out course Director’s role of coordination all aspects of training delivered by vendors or consultants including nominations, logistics and technical assistance to ensure that training meets company’s standards and requirements. Focal point for Coaching Awareness and coaching Foundation training for employees and supervisors. Evaluate training programs provided by vendors & consultants and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Advise line as to placement of graduate and non- graduate staff throughout their development program and assist in identifying and selecting staff for internal promotions. Development and implementation of Training Needs Analyses and Personal Development Plans (PDP). Prepare and submit monthly/annual training reports to management. Focal point for all HSE, First Aid, IT; and other generic programmes.
