Overview

The Bayside Tech Nite aims to boost the international engineering community in Japan.

For this event, we will be conducting Lightning Talks (LT) with a broad theme of "Anything and Everything About Tech.” We are looking forward to seeing engineers all over the world.

• Date: Friday, Apr. 26, 2024, 19:00-21:00 (Registration 18:30-)
• Place: Shippio office (Hamamatsucho Building 15F, 1-1-1 Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo)
• Admission: Free

Call for English LT speakers

Also,we are currently rectuiting English LT speakers ! If you are interested in challenging yourself with a LT in English, please let us know ! If it’s related to TECH, anything is fine but please prepare the materials in English. You will have 10 to 15 mins presentation.

Sarette Zachary | Visual Alpha Co., Ltd. / Senior Full Stack Engineer

Working in various industries over the years including banking, education, games, recruiting and finance, Zach enjoys making games as a hobby. He also enjoys a light jog on his lunch break and cycling on the weekends.

Kazuya Seki | Gaudiy inc. / ML engineer

ML engineer who joined Gaudiy in June 2023. Although he was supposed to be primarily a front-end engineer, he's been captivated by machine learning since joining the company, as he find the development related to LLMs enjoyable. He lives with an adorable one-year-old Siberian cat.
