KAIZEN CLUB in department of MBA Organized a activity on "Role of Human Resource Engagement in different Organizations" on 27.04.24.A riveting session on HR domain ,focusing on HR policies, strategies of different Organizations for their valuable workforce and emphasizing on employee engagement, retention and overall development which make them different from their competitors.

The major focus was on current HR practices followed by leading organizations and their outcomes in terms of branding and growth measured at the global level.

Students of MBA first year participated in the session and got valuable insights from the judges and other faculty members.
