Pros: With BluVault, we are using a centralized portal to check the backup status, access the backups that were completed, and also restore them whenever required for any end-user irrespective of where they are located.

Parablu also allowed us to integrate our current identity solution to enable single sign-on which was quite helpful to ensure that our end-user has a seamless experience while backing up or restoring their data.

Last, but not least, is the encryption of backup data and the fact that we control those encryption keys.

Cons: We have been using the solution for a while now and we haven't had any concerns so far.

Overall: Adopting the backup solution from Parablu has proved extremely beneficial. It offers protection against data loss and thefts.

Pros: First thing that Parablu’s solution enabled for us was easy restores of data. Whether it is a file, folder. Bluvault has made backup and recovery easy. Bluvault’s lightweight agent also does not affect the performance of the endpoints and interfere with bandwidth distribution among other high priority applications. We were evaluating a few different solutions for endpoint backup, but we realised that the cost of cloud storage for backup was quite high. We decided to use Parablu because one of their products - BluVault offered us the capability to utilize OneDrive cloud storage that we already had as a part of the O365 subscription and it helped us to get a good ROI out of our O365 subscription.

Cons: Reporting part can improve little bit. Nothing other we have come across as of now.

Overall: As we continued using Parablu’s BluVault, we realised that you can just set it and forget it. The setup has worked well for us and required very little effort from our IT team during implementation and daily monitoring. I am also very happy with Parablu’s technical support team.

Pros: We approached Parablu when we decided to start backing up our crucial endpoint data. After an initial trial it was clear that Parablu was the kind of solution we were looking for. While there were several hosted options, our security team was clear that we should host the backup servers(s) on-premise. So, we needed a hybrid arrangement that kept our backup servers on-premise while still using a cloud storage destination (we were keen on leveraging our MS OneDrive space). Parablu’s BluVault worked seamlessly in this hybrid model, enabling us completely unattended backups from our endpoints to OneDrive every day. The adaptability of the solution to our unique requirements made it especially attractive to work with. Our experience from trial to deployment has been smooth and we’ve been a happy customer now for over 5 years. The tech support team is outstanding. Akanksha, from the Parablu support team has been able to address any questions that arise, quickly and efficiently .

Cons: No Cons as of now, am sure if we get some concerns team Parablu will promptly help us.

Overall: We are especially pleased with Parablu because of the wealth of knowledge their team brings around data protection, storage, Office 365, networking etc. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable data protection.

Pros: We have been using Parablu’s BluVault for over two years now to backup our endpoint data to Google Drive. We save proprietary data on our endpoints which are crucial to our business. There are several backup solutions out there, but Parablu is the only one we’ve found that supports Google Drive (I believe they also support OneDrive) as a storage target. This was important for us because we were already a GSuite customer and had GDrive available as part of our subscription. BluVault’s ability to utilize the unused GDrive space we have as a secure backup vault – was a key factor in our decision to use Parablu. Unlike in the case of any other backup solution, we didn’t have to fork over additional $$ for cloud storage. It is an enterprise class product with all the bells and whistles you need, but is super simple to manage and requires minimum intervention.
Our endpoints are mostly at our field locations which are in remote areas of the country; but Parablu was able to connect all the dots for us and we now protect our endpoint data anywhere, anytime. The consistent professionalism exhibited by their support team has built up our trust sufficiently now that we feel confident in their hands. I would like to especially call out Koti from their support team, who is always proactive and on top of his game.

Cons: Nothing as such to mention as the product satisfies our need of on the go backup and restoration.

Overall: We have seen a significant decrease in the amount of human cycles we spend on data protection and data restore issues - since our adoption of Parablu’s solution. Would recommend highly.

Pros: Parablu’s BluVault has made it easy for us to protect endpoint data across all our office locations. The excellent support we received greatly reduced the effort we had put into the deployment. And their innovative use of OneDrive for Business helped us leverage our investment in Microsoft Office365.

Cons: I’ve come across nothing so far. The environment is smooth.

Overall: Overall have had a very good experience, I would recommend to companies who are looking for an easily manageable centralized backup solution. Especially companies who already have an O365 subscription, because Parablu’s unique integration with O365 lets you backup endpoint data to already existing OneDrive storage thus you can save storage costs.

Pros: It provides me the easiest way to upload and save my important files in the cloud. The restoration of files is very simple and quick. It gives the option to schedule upload the files.

Cons: Easy and quick file backup platform. Never had a bad experience.

Overall: It's the easiest cloud backup platform. Overall I use BluVault to ensure my data safe and easy to recover in cases I lose my files. It's very simple to use and it gives me scheduled backup to upload my files into the cloud flawlessly.

Pros: It is very simple for an end user to work with and works in the background without even affecting productivity.
As an admin, i have complete control over the stored data and frequent reports are sent to mail to review them.
Data is encrypted and store in our cloud. Parablu ensures the sense of security of all our data in our own personal cloud.

Cons: No product offering for 50 users and below. Parablu offer only for 50 and above users in an organisation.

Overall: Parablu is a wonderful product to maintain the integrity and confidentially of our data. Must Try!

Pros: Parablu BluVault is one of those solutions that work more like set it and forget, with very little effort from our IT team. I’ve also been very impressed with Parablu’s tech support team. The best thing about this software is the security it offers to endpoint data in the cloud. It's very safe, its handling is very easy and very intuitive. You can work easily with your work team. With respect to its competitors, BluVault stands out because of the unique integration with Microsoft Office 365. It utilizes OneDrive for Business storage as a Backup target and we did not have to buy additional storage for our backups. Additionally, it can perform an auditable tracking of all the activities that take place in the cloud and thus have better visible control of all the activities.

Cons: There is nothing that I dislike about the product.

Overall: My overall experience had been so good that I'd like to recommend for companies and businesses that require greater security in the cloud, BluVault is a good option to consider.
