Pros: The onboarding process is smooth and seamless. The user interface is very appealing. I liked being able to carry out different actions in sales and marketing on the same screen. Dynamic lead approach methods. Analytics are accurate. Offers the best pipeline management for sales.
Cons: Never faced any major problems while using this platform.
Overall: I loved how the Copper platform helps to maximize the efficiency between sales and marketing teams. It builds a dynamic hub to approach and control their actions. Overall, I highly recommend Copper if you want a powerful CRM that helps to boost sales and gives the best transparency in the sales and marketing department.

Pros: Our organization has improved a lot in terms of project management from the use of Copper; I like how it allows us to automate data entry to have better control over the data in our ongoing projects and its integration with different tools. Without a doubt, Copper has been an ideal CRM solution for our team to successfully and controllably accomplish our tasks and projects, highly recommended.
Cons: Its cost and lack of customization for some features, but the operation has been correct despite the latter.
Overall: Copper has worked exceptionally well with our project management methodology and has integrated seamlessly with our existing Google Suite tools. Its integration has been beneficial for managing the agency and has helped us increase our workflow and handle our project information.
