Overall: Great platform which I would recommend to anyone. I have used Datasite on multiple projects and it has always simplified the processes I have been working on.

Pros: It is very easy to use and the redaction AI tool is great for when large volumes of documents need redacting. Additionally, the feature which allows you to see the most recent documents uploaded is very useful and it is quick and easy to preview and download documents.

Cons: It is expensive compared to other similar products on the market.

Overall: I would recommend Datasite for projects especially ones with large volumes of documents. I have never had any problems using Datasite and the customer service team are very useful if you are unsure of everything.

Pros: The Datasite user interface is by far the cleanest and most easy to use of all providers I had to work with so far. Navigating is easy and the text search is powerful. The Q&A function is well designed which makes reading the answers much easier to read and also comprehend.

Cons: Datasite is one of the pricier options on the market for VDRs

Overall: Overall, Datasite is in my opinion the best VDR on the market and the support of the Datasite team is also great

Overall: As a user, it's the best VDR I've ever used. In particular, I really appreciate the possibility to have previews of documents directly online and that downloads are very fast. In addition, compared to the main competitors, there are no compatibility issues on document names with Windows, once documents are downloaded.

Pros: I found the support team to be very strong when I required assistance with troubleshooting on the platform. I also understand the pricing is very competitive relative to peers with similar offerings. The layout is also very simple and aesthetically pleasing.

Cons: The platform itself can be difficult to navigate between folders and various aspects of the website. I also found the features to be somewhat lower than other peers with similar offerings.

Overall: Overall, the platform provides a good value proposition for the pricing it charges, I have continued to use the Datasite platform across multiple projects.

Pros: Datasite is more efficient than competitors because it is intuitive--there is no difficulty navigating the site, figuring out bulk downloads, etc. And support is always uber responsive when I need it.

Cons: Nothing--Datasite gives me everything I need and nothing I don't want

Overall: Outstanding. I hate the feeling of having a problem with a VDR late at night or on the weekend and being stuck on hold with phone support for 30 minutes. Datasite takes care of me right away. But the even better news is that I don't need to call in the first place most of the time as the UI is so intuitive.

Pros: The documents can be easily organized into folders and the search function is great. It is one of the best VDR platforms, particularly for large volumes of documents.

Cons: No cons - one of my favorite VDR platforms; really is a great platform

Pros: So easy to use and the staff is helpful. It has a lot of helpful and unique options - i.e. marking documents read and unread, download unredacted/redacted, seeing things published in a certain time frame, etc.

Cons: The search function could be refined a bit more, but it works.

Pros: Ease of use and downloadability. I also liked how straightforward the interface is and that there is a representative that can easily walk you through if there are any question - which there are usually none.

Overall: Overall very positive. Datasite is the clear leader in the space when it comes to quality of the VDR, features and customer support.

If they were able to be more competitive on pricing it would be a clear winner every time.
