Pros: People can see the issues.

Cons: Cannot actulaly spek to a person when there is an issue. just emails back and forth.

Clients have not been able to purchase issues. No one can tell me why.

Overall: Terrible. We cannot get a resolution for the issues we are having and the reply emails may take 24 to 48 hours.

Pros: After realizing that the product was not for us because we are too small of a company the team at Issuu responded immediately and took care of my concerns.

Cons: Too many ads with my link for anything less than premium.

Overall: I would definitely consider Issuu again if my company starts reaching out to more clients. Right now we reach out to only a few.

Pros: Customer service person Karen resolved the Issue given after a few attempts previously, the communication on e mail was good and kept me informed all the way during the process, the customer service advisor knew what the issue was and resolved it efficiently.

Cons: No cons to this issue on the item in question.

Overall: Speed of response and customer communications were great with the issue resolved to my satisfaction.

Pros: Karen answered my question promptly and clearly. I was then able to create the links as I wanted to.

Cons: Nothing. I wanted to solve the problem and was able to do that quickly.

Overall: Positive. I have been pleased all along how nicely my non-profit's documents are displayed and how easy they are for users to access.

Pros: It seamlessly integrated with my Squarespace account, which made my website look very clean and professional!

Cons: I did not have any issues with this platform, besides the price tag. But for someone that needs written articles integrated on to Squarespace, it is definitely worth it.

Overall: Issuu has wonderful customer service and they are quick to respond, as well as very friendly! This made my experience amazing, as it is rare to have such wonderful experiences with customer service!

Pros: I love the way it saves time making content that I can use in several locations. It solves a problem that I've needed solved for a while.

Cons: In my dreams it would have a way for me to take audio or written content and turn it into graphics.

Overall: Overall I think it's a feature that all content creators need. It saves time and also encourages you to make the most out of the content you create.

Pros: Chat responder Ted was quick to reply and very helpful on my question about applying payment. Appreciated.

Cons: Nothing.

Overall: It was a great experience, thank you!

Pros: The reply was just what we had hope to hear and is going to allow us to open a new channel to our revenue streams.

Cons: Nothing not to like. The answer was most helpful and we are very happy with the result.

Overall: Really helpful answer from the team at ISSUU and we will continue to use them for any further queries we have.

Pros: The product worked exactly as I hoped and was extremely user-friendly. I would recommend it to anyone needing flipbooks.

Cons: Customer support was terrible. It took me three weeks to resolve my issue and the online chat feature didn't work either time. (Actually, the second time I believe the chat was ended by Maria after she read my request for a refund.)

Overall: Great product, poor customer support. I will sign up again for the paid version when I need it, but I'll be wary if I need customer support.

Pros: Issuu is easy to use, looks professional and clean and the team provides great customer service via email.

Cons: Would love to be able to chat online or speak with customer service in person.

Overall: Since using Issuu I needed help twice - once with uploading content and once regarding a billing question. I always received an email reply back within 24-48 hours. The team is professional and makes sure all questions are answered.

Cons: I am not a user of the software, my opinion is just as a licensing team.

Overall: Excellent! Justin was amazing!

Pros: I like the price, the customer service, and that it meets our need of storing our documents.

Cons: It feels very basic- I think there could be a lot more solutions added to make it feel more solutions-based. I know that we are probably not using it the way that other companies do, but I just see a lot of potential for it.

Overall: Overall I would say that my experience has been great but that is because of Katerina- if it wasn't for her, I would have potentially looked for another system that might meet our needs a little better.

Pros: Easy to use. Handy features. Low price for high quality. The Issuu features added value to our PDFs.

Cons: No cons. Used Issuu for many years without any problems.

Overall: We used the paid version of Issuu for more than a decade to publish newspapers, magazines and other publications for our clients. They could use the embedded links on their sites. Never had any problems. We do not produce many pdf's anymore.

Pros: I love the ability to post videos, gif, and more. I tried Dropbox Shop for a while but it allows users to download your product which does not work for me. I love how ISSUU handles this predicament for content creators.

Cons: Nothing yet. Would not mind price adjustment... 😁

Overall: I signed up for the year and I am excited about the possibilities to share my vision and products with no creative limitations.

Pros: Issuu is intuitive and supported the creation of beautiful flipbooks for our community engagement purposes.

Cons: The plans are pricey. We would have benefited from a not-for-profit plan as our project was not generating income.

Overall: Great product for really engaging flipbooks with a community focus, in our case, suicide prevention. Plus prompt and helpful customer service when needed.

Pros: As architects, we are involved in projects that can take several months, if not years, to materialize into reality. Early on, we decided that our main means of communication should reflect that long and thoughtful process. With ISSUU, we are able to publish completed projects in annual book format. That format we developed within ISSUU is completely unique: as viewers turn the pages, they get a feel for our design process and the challenges we had to overcome in delivering those projects.

Cons: Honestly no cons! ISSUU is very smooth and professional.

Overall: We love ISSUU because it gives our design practice the freedom to create formats that reflect the depth of our work. We also love ISSUU for the way our content can so easily be shared with our audience and we consider ISSUU the perfect complement to our social media presence.

Pros: We at The Weave Magazine love how clean, self-explanatory and easy to navigate Issuu’s platform is! Their support team is always available to us whenever we need!

Cons: Nothing negative to highlight so far. It’s been a positive experience.

Overall: Excellent experience! Issuu has met all of our expectations so far. We’re very happy with their platform and services.

Pros: Issuu has a streamlined user experience and interface that makes publishing our lookbooks and other brand focused documents seamless. It's embed functionality is robust and it's linking and video capabilities are a great addition to allow for more rich content.

Cons: Would be great to see some additional linking functionality to have products show as pop-ups or similar. Would also be great to have more control over the mobile view of the publications.

Overall: It's a great platform for creating intuitive and seamless embedded flip books and for creating rich content that our customers can easily enjoy!

Pros: The interface is elegant. It's easy to use from a front-end standpoint for my subscriber and from a back-end standpoint for my publishing team.

Cons: I haven't found too many things yet... ISSUU does what I need it to do.

Overall: My experience has been great with ISSUU. I've used them in some form or another for 15 years across 3 different organizations I've worked at. It's a solid piece of technology and I am looking forward to where their roadmap is taking them.

Pros: Issuu is easy to use, beautifully designed platform, that helps enhance our candidate and client experience. The data collection is also valuable. The ability to quickly generate an embed code and reupload new versions is very helpful.

Cons: The inability to unpublish items. You are allowed to unlist one item with your plan, and purchase additional options. This seems a bit steep for something that probably should be included as standard. The only alternative is to delete, which loses all data tracked.

Overall: Overall the experience has been great, and we will continue looking at ways we can explore the rich feature list.
