Pros: The customer service. The team Med right team was very prompt to tailor to our facility's needs and provide training to our staff.

Cons: Nothing.

Overall: Very satisfied with this product and it suits our facility's needs.

Pros: I absolutely love the updated version of Medright/CareRight. The program is intuitive, making it simple to use. The features are limitless, making it customizable to each organization. Our entire team is able to utilize a variety of aspects of the program. CNAs can complete ADLs for residents and maintain a shift change document. Administration can do a significant amount of supervisory work with one glance at the home page. Lastly, nurses can pass medications, chart, pull a variety of reports, and much more. This is an excellent program and we are very happy to utilize it.

Cons: Wouldn't mind having a billing component that would integrate with our accountant's software.

Overall: This product is excellent and the support team is always available. I do not believe there is anything comparable on the market.

Pros: MedRight is a fantastic EMAR program. I am CEO of a long-term care facility, and my clinical staff finds MedRight to be easy and intuitive to use, and rarely gives me any negative feedback. The updated Admin page is a great improvement, and provides for better reporting functionality. Additionally, Mona and her support team are both friendly and knowledgeable, and consistently provides timely follow-up. MedRight has historically been very responsive to any problems, seeks out customer input, and solicits new feature requests, etc.

Cons: Nothing to report. Any issues/problems are timely addressed by Mona and her support team.

Overall: Our experience with MedRight over the past decade has been very favorable. The system has helped us to achieve better medication compliance, and provides real-time data to department services with respect to order tracking, medication administration, and data tracking.

Pros: Mona has a superb attention to detail and will listen, refining the approach and asking questions along the way, to your entire request and respond accordingly.

Cons: I do not have a submission for cons. IT it not our core competency so we are flexing muscles we do not otherwise have so that is always challenging, but this is where Mona and the MedRight team are there to guide and support.

Overall: We are most pleased. We have been with MedRight for a number of years and we are confident in our relationship with Mona to bring up any issues or questions and Mona is quick to address each question and even make considerations for points that weren't even being thought on prior to.

Pros: MedRight is intuitive for the end user. Support staff is available on a 24/7 basis to address questions or matters that arise. It is one of the easiest solutions we have come across to use and we researched multiple platforms.

Cons: MedRight generates a lot of notifications. Though they are customizable, they pile-up on the dashboard and are only deleted in batches.

Overall: Our experience with MedRight has been extremely positive. They have been receptive to customizations that we've requested and are communicative when we have questions.

Pros: This software is amazing. It does everything to help us run our community. Easy to learn and use. The medpass portion really helps us avoid mistakes and schedules everything important for passing of medications. Scanning is great and their phone application for the eHR is very helpful.

Cons: Nothing that I really can complain about. Every works.

Overall: Excellent experience. Well designed for non-technical users. Support is very good and always available.

Pros: I like that it has an easy flow, you can follow it very well. I love the safety features it has on the passing side and the way it reminds you who needs meds that hour. The color contrasts is very nice and easy to read.

Cons: Nothing really.

Overall: I really enjoy using the program. It's easy to follow and navigate through.

MedRight has good graphics, and the user experience is intuitive.
Options for full integration with pharmacy ensures accurate orders and accountability.

Best value option we have found, and we work with all the big names.

Overall: We love the safety and consistency that MedRight provides to our facilities and patients.

Pros: The program has all of the residents information needed. The face sheet allows you to see a picture along with all of a residents allergies and important information. The program has all assessments needed for residents and service plans. The program allows for easier med passing with details on the medication, you're able to highlight all and choose if it was given or refused. The staff with MedRight is easy to reach and very resourceful and will walk through any problems step by step. This program is easy to use even for those who aren't "tech savvy."

Cons: The older version was more difficult when inputting residents information. The updated version has been so much easier and helpful.

Overall: We are a smaller facility of 16 residents max and this program has helped us so much with not having to use as much paperwork. The program helps keep all of the information on residents together neatly and easy to access for emergency situations. The staff has been helpful and patient with our less "tech savvy" employees on learning the program. I would definitely recommend this program to others.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to navigate, staff love it.
My on-call staff can log in from home with no trouble.

Cons: At first it was very slow. Once we did some changes all is well.

Overall: It has been great. So easy and user friendly!!!
And support is always just a phone call away t assist with anything.

Pros: MedRight is a wonderful program. I have worked in a few facilities and each have used different programs for medication management and resident charting. The best I have worked with is MedRight by far. MedRight allows for you as a clinical team to have everything in one spot for a resident. This programs keeps everything very simple and outlined detailed. Mona and her team are always willing to help explain things or figure something out if needed. My favorite part of MedRight is I can design my desktop with only the departments I want to work on or look at daily. I can open my dashboard and see my below par meds, refused meds, any alerts, up coming service plans, late meds. Everything at your fingertips.

Cons: I would like to be able to scan our new resident charts in and put into a file for each resident, rather than having to go in and fill out the face sheet manual.

Overall: I have only good things to say about Mona and her team. If you call and they can not tell you how to figure something out they will look into and get back to you.

Pros: Easy to use; has EMAR and EHR; The EMAR system is self explanatory, it is visually easy to use. When looking at it you can see who has meds that are due, if anything is late, follow-ups etc. This is by far one of the easiest systems to use. I love from the nursing perspective the service plan. Whatever I put in there builds my care plan for me. It is in depth, meets all state requirements. When printing it out it gives me an option to just print out the care plan with the ADLs only, which is easy for the families and resident to understand what services they will be receiving. I also love the dashboard, at a glance I can see everything from census, to late meds, to who is on Coumadin, birthdays, etc. I can go on and on about this system.

Cons: There are not a lot of cons regarding this system. I have asked support to put in some forms for me and they have always been able to help me personalize this system to fit my and my community needs.

Overall: MedRight is a wonderful program, much more user friendly than others I have used in the past. I would recommend it to any assisted living community that is serious about their documentation, ease of use and easy training.

Pros: Easy to use. Great customer support. All the features we need. We love the ADL phone/iPOD ease of use. The MedPass is very simple and easy to use. I sometimes have to pass medications and it's amazingly easy.

Cons: We have to maintain our own hardware and we have no IT in the building, but other than upgrading our browser theres not much maintenance now that we have switched to Chromebooks.

Overall: Excellent experience. We find it easy to use for anything we need, and the support team is great and always helps us. They even put in our own assessments.
