Cons: It's fully-featured and very functional hence I lack anything to dislike as it meets our sales automation and CRM needs.

Cons: No Cons at all. New features are rolled out regularly.

Pros: User-friendly and flexible. Easy to customize, start with basics and build on with automation. Works well with Microsoft applications. We have implemented it into our sales tracking, warehouse workflows, accounts, marketing, and inventory digital asset management.
Cons: My only issue to date is that there is no column option for a unique identified number field. This would be useful for our sales order numbers to avoid double entry.
Overall: I have looked at several programs over the years trying to find the right fit for our business. Monday.com excels in visual appearance, ease of use, and flexibility. Highly recommend this product.

Pros: The Monday sales CRM is incredibly easy to use and has an appealing user interface. All communication related to leads is available on one page. Gives an alert when a marketing email is opened by the user. Categories users and sends personalized email content. Helps to capture leads.
Cons: Never faced any major issues while using Monday sales CRM.
Overall: I loved how Monday sales CRM enables crystal-clear pipeline visibility to understand where we need to focus and move toward. Its dashboard is highly customizable. Overall, I suggest Monday Sales CRM if you need something that shares full visibility on sales, and has lots of customization and automation options.

Pros: Easy to assign and track all the activities in monday sales CRM.
Cons: I need to inform my leave to the client but there is no option. Any options where the client gets to know that owner is taking leave through monday.com would be nice.
Overall: I have used monday.com for more than 2 years. It is easy to track all the activities and the animations are great.
