There are many factors in this problem which seriously influence decision-making. The fuzzy set theory was applied due to the effect of uncertain parameters involved in the decision-making process. Therefore, the fuzzy multiattribute decision-making method was proposed. The aim of this study is to use the fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution method for ranking the optimal post-mining land-use and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method in order to determine the weights of each criterion. This approach is applied to the surface coal mine by employing 28 criteria which influence the decision making procedure.The TOPSIS and AHP methods have been the most used methods of mining decision making and demonstrated their ability to make critical decisions. By evaluating the alternatives and considering effective criteria with proposed methods, agriculture is the optimal post-mining land-use.

There are so many factors in this problem which seriously influence the decision judgments. Since the uncertain parameter exist influence on decision making process, in this paper for selection of an optimal reclamation method, after identifying alternatives and criteria and limit most important criteria, multi attribute decision making (MADM) methods are applied. The aim of this study is to use a limitation method for separate criteria and the preference ranking organisation for enrichment evaluation (PROMETHEE) method for rank of optimal land-use and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method applied for determine the weights of each criteria. This approach is applied to select reclamation method use in hypothetical mined land with employed at all 52 numbers of criteria influence on decision making procedure. The PROMETHEE and FAHP methods were widely use in decision makings and had good results. At last by use of limit method, 28 attribute are separated for apply by FAHP-PROMETHEE technique and by rank the alternatives, the agricultural is the optimal alternatives for post-mining land-use.
