2.1. A Stooq user account can be created by filling in and sending us a registration form. The account allows the user access to personalized content, and also access to additional paid services.
2.2. Each account can used by one user only.
2.3. You can edit data provided in your profile.
2.4. You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a termination request to Stooq.
3.1. During the registration process the user agrees to Stooq using personal data processing, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 (Law Gazette from 2002, No.101, heading 926, as amended).
3.2. Data gathered by Stooq will not be accessed by any other organization.
5.1. Stooq does its best to provide valid and error-free data, but does not guarantee this. Users are responsible for their own decisions made based on data found on the website. Stooq shall not be held responsible or liable for the result or outcome of any trading or investment decisions made based on information found on the website.
5.2. Continuous access to the website cannot be guaranteed.
5.3. Redistribution of data found on the website is not allowed without the consent of Stooq.

The S&P Indices and Index Data are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Index data may be used only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
S&P data shall not be used to create, issue, sponsor or manage any financial instruments or investment products (including, without limitation, derivatives, structured products, passively managed accounts, investment funds, investment portfolios or exchange-traded funds) where the price, return and/or performance of such instrument or product is based on, related to, or intended to track, any index published by DJI Opco or its affiliates, or a proxy for such index.
S&P Dow Jones indices: Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The index data are provided to you "as is". Neither S&P DOW JONES INDICES, DOW JONES & COMPANY, INC. (“DOW JONES”) nor any of their respective affiliates, agents or licensors warrants the accuracy, completeness, currentness, noninfringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the indices or index data.
Although S&P DOW JONES INDICES makes reasonable efforts to comply with its guidelines regarding the selection of constituents in the DOW JONES ISLAMIC MARKET INDICES, S&P DOW JONES INDICES cannot guarantee or warrant that those indices or the data related thereto will comply with Shariah law or other Islamic principles, and S&P DOW JONES INDICES expressly disclaims any such warranty.
Neither S&P DOW JONES indices nor any of its affiliates, agents or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury resulting directly from use of the indices or index data caused in whole or part by S&P DOW JONES INDICES’ negligence or contingencies beyond its control in procuring, compiling, interpreting, reporting or delivering the indices or index data.

LME data distribution, redistribution or selling is prohibited without the prior written consent of London Metal Exchange.
The Data and Trademarks are used under licence from LME.
LME has no involvement and accepts no responsibility to any third party in connection with the use of the Data and Trademarks.
Onward distribution of the Data and Trademarks by third parties is not permitted.
