Manage Google Calendar invites in other calendar services

If you don’t use Google Calendar and a Calendar user invites you to an event, you can get one or more invitation emails. These emails make sure your calendar shows the right info for the event.

Ensure reliable sync

To make sure your calendar service receives and processes emails from Google Calendar, in your contacts or a list of safe senders, add "noreply-calendar-sync@google.com."

Filter notifications

While helpful, the emails can clutter your inbox. To make it easier to manage your inbox:

  1. In your email provider, create a filter or rule for emails that come from "noreply-calendar-sync@google.com."
  2. Choose where you want the emails to go, like your archive or trash.
  3. Save the filter or rule.
    • Only one email for each invitation or update should show in your inbox.
