After the company training, we had a dinner party with the instructor. The store is quite large, but it can be reserved for 14 people! It's Monday, and a heavy snow warning is in effect. It's cold rain mixed with sleet outside. A cold mid-party begins. It may have been because it was the first day it opened on February 5th. Now, an assortment of appetizers made with rape blossoms, cheese, pork, and vegetables produced within the prefecture. The seasoning is light and the flavor of the ingredients comes through. Next is stewed chicken. This is also produced within the prefecture. It is cooked soft and moist. Next up is mushroom pasta! A dish made with plenty of mushrooms grown within the prefecture. It's rich in flavor and voluminous. The main dish was roasted Asahi brand pork. A meaty, moist and satisfying dish. Dessert is Gelato made with local cheese and fruits such as strawberries. Finished with coffee. It costs 8,000 yen and includes all-you-can-drink wine, whiskey, shochu, sake, and soft drinks. Although the access is not very good, Sensan Senshu sells branded ingredients produced within the prefecture. I would like to promote Chiba Prefecture, which has a thriving agricultural and dairy industry. This is a store that we want to grow. It was a feast!
