Food We use fresh chicken pulled every morning at 4am!
The store manager himself visits the market and is so particular about the store that he buys each part! The chicken is skewered every day, dipped in a homemade secret sauce that has been used for over 20 years, and then grilled at a high temperature of approximately 850 degrees Celsius until fragrant. For grilled with salt, we use a blend of salt selected from dozens of types.
Others We also have a hotpot course with all-you-can-drink for 4,000 yen!
Chicken fishball hot pot (with udon) or chicken kimchi stew (with Ramen) comes with assorted skewers and chicken tataki! (You can change udon or Ramen to zosui.) Hot pot is delicious in both hot summer and cold winter!
