We offer Okinawan Cuisine using local ingredients! We use fresh, seasonal island vegetables, island tofu, and fish purchased from local people. There are four types of chanpuru, including tofu champuru, which has a unique flavor unique to the island. There are four types Gyoza / Dumpling, all of which are made with 100% pork from the prefecture, so you can taste the flavor of the meat. We especially recommend the bitter gourd Gyoza / Dumpling, which have a good texture! The rare “grilled Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)” that is not skewered is a popular menu item that goes perfectly with beer♪
