We use carefully selected chicken such as Awaji chicken, Daisen chicken, Tajima chicken, etc., carefully selected by the owner himself using his discerning skills cultivated over many years. All the chicken is pulled in the morning, so the "freshness" is a bit different. The charcoal-grilled Grilled skewer retain their flavor using infrared rays, making them fluffy and juicy.
