1659年、初代「浅田屋伊兵衛」が加賀藩中荷物御用として、江戸と金沢を三度往復した江戸三度が当店の創始です。1867年には旅籠【浅田】を開業。そして長きに亘り、古都･金沢の歴史や伝統を継承しながら、現在の料亭【浅田】へと変遷してきました。もちろん「おもてなし」の心も受け継ぎ、お客様の立場に立った真心を込めた接客で、皆様をお出迎えしております。お困り事などありましたら、お気軽にお申し付けください。
