Born in Tokyo in 1979. After training at "ACCA" in Hiroo (now in Okayama Prefecture), he moved to Italy. He honed his skills at many Michelin-star restaurants, including "La Tenda Rossa," "Sadleir," and "Duomo," and after returning to Japan, he participated in the launch of "Ristorantino Barca" in Hiroo, the predecessor of "Takubo." He then worked as a chef at the pizzeria "Boccondivino" in Mishuku, before going independent in 2012. He opened "Don Bravo" in the place where his father's Teppanyaki restaurant used to be.
