博多駅から車で約40分の久山町の、蛍が舞う里山に『御料理 茅乃舎』がある。多くの人が愛用する茅乃舎だしで有名な 「久原本家グループ」のレストランである。
レストランのオープンは2005年で、茅葺き屋根の建物は周りの自然豊かな風景にすっぽりと溶け込んでいる。まるで江戸時代にでもタイムスリップした気分に浸れる風景である。
茅葺き屋根の建物は2棟あり、1棟はテーブル席と個室がある「レストラン」とカフェの「茶舎」、もう1棟は貸し切りでパーティーなどができる「楽舎」の建物となっている。
今回は、前から行って見たかった『『御料理 茅乃舎』に、福岡の友人達に予約を取って貰い車で連れて行って貰った。
里山の光景を眺めながらのランチは最高のご馳走だった。

◉お店に入ると、山並みと庭が見える窓側の奥の静かな席に通して頂いた。
店内は時が止まったような静謐な空間で、料理人の奏でる地産地消の美味い料理を堪能でき、この里山では都会では決して出会う事が出来ない体験ができる。
また私達の接客スタッフの女性は、神対応のおもてなしで最高でした。感謝いたします。
