【口コミ3回目】
焼鳥『HIGOYA』。先日、3周年を迎えられたそうです。おめでとうございます!
あるテレビ番組で焼鳥激戦区と言われた『黒崎』。
私も黒崎の焼鳥屋さんは、20軒以上行きましたが、一番利用している回数が多いのが、コチラだと思います。
まず、焼鳥のウマさがポイント。
メガネ店主が炭火で焼き上げる串は、香ばしくジューシー。塩やスパイスなどの味付けも、素材によって細かく調整。タレ好きの私としては、少し甘めなタレも好みです。
カウンター席に座れば、その串を一本ずつ出してくれます。熱々のところを口の中へ。
私のオススメは『ほぼ全部』。自分が言われたら、そんな回答は求めてない…と思う話ですが、ホントです。
個人的には、きものレア焼き・タレ、つなぎは必ず注文します。売り切れていたときは、テンションが下がります(笑)。
いくつかご紹介します。
○バラ(90円)
この値段で肉厚仕様。ムチっと食べ応えあり。
○せせり(100円)
肉汁を含ませたまま仕上げ。したたります。
○砂ずり(80円)
塩が効いて、歯応えよし。
○くるくる(100円)
鶏皮を串に巻いた仕込みが大変なヤツ。かわやリスペクト。香ばしく、少し甘い風味。
○きも(80円)
私の好みで、ややレアに。中心はねっとりした舌ざわり。塩もいいのですが、タレが好き。
○ぼんじり(90円)
こぶり。炭火で燻した感じ。噛むと脂がジュワ〜。
○ささみ(レア焼き)明太チーズ(150円)、梅肉(120円)、わさび(120円)
レア焼きで、あっさりしたささみ。トッピングは濃厚な明太チーズが一番オススメ。
○ねぎま(120円)
やわらかな身の鶏肉と中心がトロッとしたネギの相性抜群です。
○ダルム(130円)
特有の風味を残しつつのタレ焼き。ダルム好きな人への強気な肉厚さ。
○チョリソー(100円)
細くてサラミのような見た目。とは言え、旨みとスパイスが凝縮。欠片で飲めるタイプ。
○うずら(100円)
不思議と黄身がしっとり、口の中で溶けます。
○天使のエビ(150円)
上品な甘みを感じるブランド海老。縁起物のヒゲを切らないように焼いています(笑)。
○鳥のエンガワ(100円)
ヒラメのエンガワのような繊維を感じるコリコリ食感。希少部位。
○つなぎ(110円)
きもとハツのつなぎ部分。脂がのってブリュッとしています。希少部位。
…などなど。
それから、箸休めのキャベツは出ませんが、『ピーマンこんぶ(280円)』は、胡麻油の風味で、いいツマミになります。
その他、料理・ドリンクの値段の安さ、明るくキチンとした接客、お店の活気と、ピシャッとハマります。
少し前のお話。
店主からプチ相談。『ウチのお店、食べログの口コミが少ないんですよね』とのこと。
『別に口コミ増えなくても、いっつも、お客さん多いからいいじゃないですか』と私。
店主いわく『お客さんが多いのはありがたいんですが、おいしいお店としてもっと有名になりたいんですよ〜(笑)』とのこと。夜の黒崎を明るい街にしてくれている1人だと思います。
また利用したいと思います。
