昨日から転地療養第2章として、東北の温泉に来ております。
まだまだ長時間歩くことや山歩はできないので、今日は裏磐梯の五色沼散歩です。
裏磐梯ビジターセンターから歩きはじめ、反対側のゴール地点である磐梯高原駅までおよそ70分、妻に付き合ってもらいのんびり散歩しました。
少し登り勾配があるので、亀の歩みでしたが磐梯高原駅の裏磐梯物産館に着いた時はそれなりに汗をかきました。
万全な体調には程遠いものの、来週からの職場復帰に向けて、半日程度の出張や講演などはまだまだ厳しい状況ですが、全身麻酔の気管挿管後のかすれ声も改善しつつあり、短時間で淡々としたしゃべり中心であれば何とか復帰できるかなぁ・・・という状態には近づいてきています。
昼には少し早い時間でしたが、物産館内にある山塩ラーメンがそこそこ美味しいという情報を見聞きしたので、ひとまず食べない訳にはいきません。
ということで、冷やし会津山塩ラーメン(1,050円)と、会津山塩ラーメン(950円)に店主おすすめの大葉ねぎゆずコショウ(250円)のトッピングの食券を購入。
セルフの店なので5分ほどで呼ばれて丼を取りに行きます。
会津山塩ラーメンは優しい塩味と出汁がマッチしており、そこにゆずコショウの風味が加わるとさらに旨味がアップします。
これは確かに店主お勧めの意味がよくわかります。
ただ、刻んだ大葉とねぎにチューブのゆずコショウを付けただけで250円は??。
冷やし会津山塩ラーメンは同じく山塩の優しい塩味に昆布の風味の出汁が際立っているまとまりのある美味しいスープに、冷水でキチンと締められたシコシコ麺がとっても合います。
どちらも70分歩いて汗をかいた後の塩分補給にとても合う美味しいラーメンでした。
