札幌旅行に来たならば、やっぱり小樽も観ないとでしょ。という感じで小樽にやって来た。
駅前の三角市場を見て回るも、どこも混み混み。 はぁ、外人さんが多いなぁ。
市場内は観光客向けかな?割と値段も高め。
というわけで、連れみんなでお店探しがはじまり。
見つけたお店がこちら、
ん〜、なんか雰囲気いいじゃない?
とりあえず、席に座りお酒を少々プリーズ。
そして、メニューをみて食べ物のオーダーを決めるのだが、いやぁ、どれも美味しそう。
牡蠣、ウニ、白子、他にもニシンのたたきや、鯖のなめろうなど、北海道でしか食べれないものや、珍味などたくさん、タッチパネルオーダーですが、サーブタイミングなどでスタッフさんがうまい距離感で接してくれるのがいいですね〜。
まずは牡蠣、生牡蠣、バケツ入りムシガキはどちらもプルプル、甘みがあって美味しい。
そして鯖なめろうは箸でちょいちょいとつついてはお酒を一口という感じで味噌、薬味が鯖の旨みを引き立てる。
ニシンのたたきはいやぁ、脂が乗っててうまい、生で食べるとこんなにクセがないんですね〜。
一回は食べる価値あり!!
同じく冷温調理レバ刺し、口に入れるととける〜♪
ネギと茗荷の微塵切りに、粒黒胡椒がアクセント、胡麻油と塩かな?で味付けされており、ものすごい美味ψ(`∇´)ψトロトロ
まあまあ、お酒が進む、まだ、13時だってのに。(^_^;)
ラストは龍宮丼、海鮮丼、ばふんウニ丼、バフンウニイクラ丼をシェア、バフンウニはあんまいっ、しかもこってり喉の奥にウニの旨みが残ってる、お酒で流したくないと思える美味さでした。
龍宮丼はバラチラシのような、刺身の細切れにイクラ、とびこを散らした感じ。値段もお手頃、複数人で訪問の際にはマストメニューですね。
突然7名での訪問でたいへんだったと思いますが、ありがとうございました。とっても美味しかったです。
