2日前に予約を入れ、日曜の夕方に訪問しました。
食前に生ビール、お通しは活ハモ焼きの梅肉のせ
おまかせで刺身の盛り合わせ、オススメのあん肝(塩)を。
箸休めのセロリ、北海道産の生うにを一口いただいて、お酒もどんどん進みます。
岩がきは特大サイズ、プリっとした身が実にいい。
そして、お好みで鮨を三種類
うに、白えび、中落ちを二貫づつ、海苔で巻かずあえて握りで。
どのネタも豪快な量、美味しさを存分に堪能することができました。
〆にしじみの味噌汁で整えて晩餐の終了です。
大将と女将さんからいろいろなお話を伺いましたが、この地でお店を構えてから30年以上、守谷駅周辺の再開発やTXの開業など街の変遷を目の当たりに。正に生き字引のような存在ですね。
この先も二升五合、末永くお店を続けて頂きたいと思いました。
