初訪
盛岡の2トップ(佐藤、アルセーヌルパン)の訪問を予定しておりましたが、両店共に臨休...
「佐藤」系列の此方が2000迄、営業されているとの事でお邪魔してみました。
入店1820。先客無しで貸切り状態。
「ロイヤルホテル」2Fにある洒落たバーです。
カウンターを中心としてコの字形に皮張りのソファー席と個室が40席位配置。
バックカウンターに列ぶウィスキーの再熟成10個は圧感の眺め。
※ 金沢のBar:12樽がこれ迄の本邦一との事でしたが、廃業により当店が現段階でのNo.1のようです。
古典派バーの御作法に従い、コンソメスープ(メダル級の焼鳥屋より数段上です)の後に頂いたのは、

ウィスキーはナルホドと思える爆発感でしたがカクテルはイマイチ軽い風味に感じてしまいました...【-0.2】それでも総合的にはハイレベルなバーでしょう。
盛岡の2Topと絡めて再訪してみましょう。
