さて、仙台
ディープな雰囲気で日本酒も好きですけど、1軒くらいはオシャレなお店も
食べログフレンチ仙台で検索して1位の「ナクレ」も気になりましたが、「ナクレ」にいらしたシニアソムリエの佐藤さんが昨年末支配人として新しいお店をオープンしたと知り今回はそちらへ行ってみることにしました
お酒が好きなんで、シニアソムリエの方がいらっしゃるお店はうれしい
シェフは東京の名店で腕を振るっていらした方で、それぞれおふたりの感覚×2のお店って感じかな~
カウンターと個室があるようですが、臨場感溢れるカウンター席大好きです
また、約12坪の店内だそうですが(個室除いて)、ガラス張りにすることで広く感じました
雰囲気バツグンのお店ですね~(°▽°)
実際この日、何かの記念日らしきカップルが個室で幸せそうな時間を過ごしていました(別に羨ましくなんかないもん)
お酒大好きな私、お料理に合わせてペアリングをして下さるお店が好きなんですよね~♪

福岡では珍しくないけど、仙台では初めてなのかな?
また食材の横に、東北地方の食材には産地が記載されているのが良い感じ

お料理については覚えている範囲で写真に記載していますが、
少しだけ好みじゃないお料理もありましたが、
総じて、地元の食材を使用しながら独創性溢れるお料理だったと思います
お酒好きなものですから~
ペアリングはさすがのシニアソムリエさまのセレクトだったと思います
また佐藤さんの軽快なトークが愉しかったです
そして最後のレモングラス
普通、コーヒーとか紅茶とか出されるお店が多いですけど、こちらではハーブティー
日頃茶を頂く習慣がない私ですが、これは香り高く美味しかったです
まだまだオープンして1年、仙台では珍しいタイプのお店なのかも知れませんが、ステキなお店だと思いましたよ
要予約のコース提供ですが、21時以降はワインバーとしてアラカルト使いも出来るそうです
