「steak house よし田」さんがあります。
店内はそれほど広くはありませんが、落ち着く雰囲気♫
カウンター前の鉄板で、ええお肉をジュージュー焼いてくれます。

五大シャトーであるシャトームートンの兄弟分と言われる赤ワイン。重口でかつフルーティ。
お肉には最適ですな♫
今回のコースは、9180円のコース。
◆焼き野菜
子持ち蒟蒻、えんどう豆、焼麩。
子持ち蒟蒻大好きだ♫この粒々感たまらん♫
他の野菜も、この分厚い鉄板で焼かれると芯まで熱くて美味しかった♫
◆お肉のお刺身
一頭の牛から少ししか取れない牛サーロインの希少部位のお刺身。
程よいサシでレホールが良く合います♫
◆フォアグラのソテー赤ワインソース
丁寧な火入れのフォアグラ。香り最高♫赤ワインのソースも秀逸。
◆天然鯛のポワレ プロバンス風
皮をカリッと焼いた鯛と、添えられたカプレーゼ。自家製のポテサラも美味しい。
◆特選黒毛和牛テンダーロインとサーロイン
A5ランクのサーロインとヘレ肉。脂身の少ないヘレ肉も美味しいけれど、やはり少しサシのあるサーロインは激うまだな♫
岩塩、レホール、おろしで食べました。
◆季節のサラダ
南米の多肉植物であるブラパラリーフ。初めて食べたなぁ。
◆ガーリックライス
青森産のニンニクチップを使ったガーリックライス。牛サーロインなども入っており、めちゃくちゃ美味しかった♫
◆自家製シャーベット
抹茶の自家製シャーベット。濃厚で深い味わい。
とても満足感の高いコースで、コスパも良かったです♫
