グルメの友人にお誘いを受けてお邪魔したのは心斎橋にある【 炭火焼 鳥清 】さん。
堺筋本町の人気焼き鳥「いこか」さんから独立されたそうで期待が高まります♪
お店はビルの3階にあり階段で上がります。
飲み過ぎないようにしないと下りがちょっと不安です〜♫(*>ω<*)
店内はカウンターのみ。
コの字型カウンターの中に焼き場があり、どの席からも大将が職人技で手際良く串を焼く様子を眺めることができます♫
煙は焼き場の上のダクトに流れていくので店内の空気はスッキリです❤︎
カウンターに座って目の前にある木箱を
「何これ?」
と開けたら鳥清と名入れされたおしぼりでした。

スタッフさんが焼く前の串焼きを笊に乗せて私達の目の前に持ってきて産地の説明もしっかりとしてくれました。
新鮮な鳥はどれも丁寧なお仕事をされていて焼き加減が絶妙で美味しいです❤︎❤︎❤︎
ハツとさんかくの写真を撮り忘れちゃうほど美味し過ぎました♫♫

帰りにお弁当迄頂いてこのクオリティは高すぎでしょう〜♫
