単に女性店主という共通点のみならず、家庭的な料理だけど、とても自分には出せない味の良さ、そして、どうすればこの客数を、このメニュー数を1人で回せるのか、その手際良さに驚く。

・真鯵と炙り鰆:好物の真鯵は鮮度良く、寒鰆も脂が乗りって香りも心地良い、尚、お刺身は1枚から切っていただける
・皮剝の肝和え:これは酒呑みにとってはキラーアイテム
・鯵フライ:サービスか?蓮根フライも付いていた、揚げ物も衣はカラリとしつつ、素材の瑞々しさは損なわれていない
・自家製焼売:注文を受けてから包む手間の掛けよう、ジューシーで肉々しいがクドくない
居酒屋さんで久々の極めて高い満足感。
