全体的に優しい味わいで、とても美味しい。
町の中華料理店のような塩分が多い料理に慣れているひとには、物足りないかもしれません。
私には素晴らしく満足のいく味付けでした。
前菜に出てきた牛スネ肉の煮込みは、ほのかに八角の香りがする。ホタルイカの紹興酒漬けもいかにも紹興酒って感じではなく、言われなければ紹興酒だとは分からない程度。
海老のチリソース炒めのエビは、大きくてぷりぷりでした。
スープや炒飯も塩分は少なく、麻婆豆腐とピッタリ合っています。
デザートはマンゴーの冷製スープで、タピオカが入っています。
次はぜひ、お酒も飲みたいし、フカヒレや鮑も食べてみたい。
