お肉は赤ワインビネガー 醤油ニンニク、能登塩で味の変化を楽しませて頂きましたが、なんだかんだ塩が好き。笑
日本酒でプラムのお酒食前酒で頂きました。
ペンション、コテージ、音楽、お酒のコーナーがありデザイナーが入っていないとできないような内観で、香林坊のごちゃごちゃしたエリアから想像できなかった素敵な空間で一気に絵本の中にでも入ってきたかと思った!
