相方と一緒に広島県尾道市へ観光に行ってきました。相方の誕生月である10月は毎年どこかでお祝いしていますが、今年は四国八十八ヶ所霊場のお遍路で愛媛県を訪れたため、お祝いを11月に延期しました。うどん県香川を出発し、愛媛県今治市にある「今治カントリー倶楽部」でゴルフを楽しんだ後、広島県尾道市へ向かいました。宿泊した「Bella Vista SPA&MARINA」ではくつろげる雰囲気の中、美味しい料理を堪能し、美しい景色など印象に残る体験が多くありました。尾道観光では「千光寺公園」を訪れ、景色や散策を楽しみました。香川に戻った後、みさご寿しで夕食をいただきました。旅の締めくくりにふさわしい美味しい食事でした。
まずは生ビールで旅行が無事に終わったことを乾杯しました。その後の酒類の流れは、相方が生ビール⇒白ワインで、私は生ビール⇒日本酒を呑みました。
満足のいく美味しい料理でした。
料理は、刺身盛合せ、オリーブ牛ステーキ、茶碗蒸し、天麩羅盛合せ、鯛のあら炊きをいただき、穴子とたまごはあてでいただきました。刺身盛合せは4種で、相方は蛸、私は鯛が特に美味しいと感じました。オリーブ牛ステーキは、オリーブ牛特有の脂がじゅわっとした食感が美味しかったです。茶碗蒸しは相方が注文したものを少し試しましたが、とても美味しかったです。天麩羅盛合せはどれもさくッと美味しく揚がっていて、相方は特に海老を気に入っていました。鯛のあら炊きは超好みの味付けで、日本酒と一緒にいただくとさらに美味しさが増しました。あてでいただいた玉子と穴子も絶品でした。終盤に握りをいただきました。相方は、えび、芽ネギ、ねぎトロ、うに、シンコ巻で、私は、いくら、うに、まぐろ漬け、穴子、大トロ、かんぴょう巻をいただきました。相方はどれも美味しかったと言っていました。私は特にまぐろ漬けとうにが印象に残る美味しさでした。
美味しい鮨と料理を提供していると評判のお店で、以前から訪れてみたいと思っていました。今回食事をして相方とともに大満足でき、評判通りのお店だと感じました。丁寧な接客と絶品の料理のおかげで、旅の締めくくりを心地よいひと時で締めくくることができました。
