亀戸駅から4分ほどの裏路地にある大衆的なお店「鶏嘉」。
焼き鳥だけでなく鳥刺しや唐揚げなどの1品料理なども楽しめるし、串もアラカルトなのが嬉しい。
しかもハツや白レバーが180円というコスパは素晴らしい。
お酒は珍しくラガーの生もあり、焼酎や日本酒も銘柄はさておきリーズナブルに楽しめる。
好みの串と刺身3種盛り、砂肝の唐揚げ、もも唐揚げをオーダーした。
串はどれもポーションが大きめで、特にレバーやささみは大きくレアな仕上がり。
肉質も悪くないけど、焼きも含めやはり鳥みつに慣れているとさほど大きな感動はないかな。
ハツにはからしを添えたり、ささみにはポン酢をかけたりと、独自の味付けをされているが、
個人的にはシンプルに塩だけでいただく方がいいなあと思う。特にポン酢は水っぽくなる。
砂肝の唐揚げもポン酢をかけてしまってるのか外側がちょっとべちゃっとなってしまっているのが残念だけど、
ももの唐揚げについてはスパイシーな衣がサクサクといい感じでなかなか美味しかった。
素晴らしいと思ったのは刺身。
ハツと白レバーとささみがたっぷり乗って1200円ほどというお値段だし、
東京でいただく鶏刺身としてはレベルも高いと思う。
地元の方も来るようなアットホームな雰囲気だし、
一人4000-5000円もあればお腹いっぱい食べられるというのはいいね。
わざわざ行く価値があるかというと難しいけど、すごく良心的なお店だと思う。
