今日は、娘が修学旅行のため、妻とディナー。
過去よくパラディーゾに行っており、大好きなリングイネを食べに姉妹店であるこちらに伺いました。
ここも何度も訪れておりますが、5年以上前に訪れた依頼ですー!
場所は築地駅から5分強。
お店の佇まいがもうイタリアですねー!
入口にはミシュランとTabelog百名店で貼られており、ステータスてすねー!
2階のテーブル席に通され、まずはスパークリングワイン(900円)で弥栄ー!
前菜に生牡蠣(1p: 900円×2)と前菜4種盛り合わせ(1800円)オーダー。
生牡蠣は岩手県大船渡産で一つのポーションが大きく、とってもジューシー!
プルップルで至福の一口ですー!
前菜4種はブロッコリーのアンチョビソテー、キャロットラペ、など、お酒のつまみにも最高ー!
また、パスタはどうしても、下記のリングイネの2つが食べたい!ということで、予めオーダー!
・本日入荷の魚介類とチェリートマトのペスカトーレソース(3000円)
・濃厚!長崎県産スルメイカとチェリートマトの肝入り!イカスミソース(2700円)
その合間に、自家製ソーセージのサルシッチャとジャガイモほ窯焼き(2200円)をオーダー。
サルシッチャはとっても大きい2本とジャガイモでボリューミー!
お酒は白ワインのグラス、カンパーニャ ビアンコ(グラス: 800円)と赤ワインのグラス、カンパーニャ ロッソ(グラス: 850円)で合わせます。
そしてお待ちかねのパスタ!

帆立、アサリ、ムール貝なと魚介類がたっぷりで、チェリートマトの酸味のアクセント。
濃厚なペスカトーレソースがリングイネにバッチリです!
お値段、3000円とお高いですがボリュームもたっぷりです。
また、濃厚!長崎県産スルメイカとチェリートマトの肝入り!イカスミソース(2700円)。
こちらは肝も含めソースがとっても濃厚!
こにらもボリュームたっぷり。
2人ではリングイネの2皿は頼みすぎたかもしれません。。
店内はイタリアの雰囲気たっぶりでトリップ感もあります。
やっぱりフェイバリットイタリアンは不変でしたー!
