平日の19時頃利用させていただきました。
店内は3割ほどの混雑。
今回、色々と焼肉界の常識を覆されました。
ビール(ブレモル)で乾杯
グラスの保管、クリーミーな泡立ち、泡の比率、完璧。

・キムチ盛り合わせ
甘辛くて日本人には丁度いい。
・炙り塩レバー
数量限定商品。
なにこれ!とろける!
塩とごま油でシンプルに旨い!
生で食べていいか聞いたら「火で炙ってください(笑)」とのこと。
(。。。鮮度がいいので多分いけるはず。)
・ネギ上タン塩
スライスの加減が程よく、ベストな食感でいただける。
・炙り握り寿司
目の前で店員さんが炙ってくれて、最後に醤油を吹きかけて完成させてくれる。
説明不要の美味しさ。
さらに3貫で580円という奇跡の価格。
・カルビ
お肉がふっくら、口の中で勝手になくなっていく。
普通に日本一柔らかいカルビなんじゃね?
・翡翠焼き
本日のお目当て。
A5黒毛和牛を最高級の卵に絡めて食べるやつ。
贅の極みです。
普通に興奮する。
翡翠卵って1個500円ですよー。興奮通り越して震えます。(´Д` ;;)
味は「幸せ」の一言!幸せは焼肉屋さんで売ってました。
・ホルモン盛り合わせ
臭みが全くなくて食べやすい新鮮さ。
・冷麺
個人的にはもう少し味が濃いのが好み。
さっぱり系なので、〆には丁度いいかも。
・大人のかき氷
ミルク味ベースのかき氷。めっちゃふわふわ。
ほろ苦さの後に、ほんのり甘さが来るのがアダルト。笑
一品一品ボリューム結構あるので、かなりお腹いっぱいに。
国産黒毛和牛A5ランクのお肉をお腹いっぱい食べて一人5,000円弱。
ここのコスパに勝つお店があれば、是非紹介してください。
焼肉とは素材の勝負。
いい肉を食べたければ、当然その分価格は上がる。
品質に妥協しない姿勢や圧倒的なコスパが、創業53年という歴史につながっているんだろうなー。
